The well-being of our guests and staff is our highest priority. That is why we have taken comprehensive protective measures and adhere to all hygiene measures.

This is what needs
to be considered

In Austria, all G-rules have been lifted. Proof of access and FFP2 mask requirement is no longer required in hotels, restaurants, ski resorts and retail.

A 3-G proof is NOT sufficient for entry into Austria.

Carefree booking -
our cancellation conditions

We have adjusted our cancellation conditions so that you can plan your holiday without worries.

The following cancellation fees apply for all last-minute bookings (stay until 12.02.2022):

  • Up to 48 hours before arrival: no cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations at a later time, 90 % of the agreed price will be charged. The Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply.

The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
  • Up to 1 week: 70% of the agreed price.
  • From 1 week before arrival and in case of early departure: 90% of the agreed price. The Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply.

However, the following applies: Should travel conditions become more difficult again due to Covid19, e.g. lockdown in your hometown, lockdown in Tyrol/Achenkirch or government quarantine for vaccinated or recovering returnees from Tyrol, you can rebook or cancel free of charge. Your deposit already paid can be credited for a later stay or refunded on request.

In the case of cancellations in connection with the 2-G rule prescribed in Austria or changed entry regulations in Austria, the above cancellation conditions apply (NO free cancellation possible).


Travel Cancellation Insurance

If something does come up, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover any cancellation costs.

NEW: Despite pandemic status, insurance cover is available from Europäische Reiseversicherung in the event of contracting Covid-19.

What we do
for safety & hygiene

  • Disinfection dispensers in all public areas in the hotel and restaurant
  • Cleaning and disinfection of all public areas several times a day
  • Room cleaning with virucidal products
  • Regular ventilation of all rooms with fresh mountain air

The procedure in our restaurant goes as usual.

loisi's vitality area

  • Sauna & steam bath are open with limited number of persons or distance.
  • Fitness room and equipment are disinfected on an ongoing basis.
  • Massages and cosmetic treatments take place without restrictions. Please book your desired appointment in advance.

We have also created a possibility for you to enjoy the sun and our mountain meadow outdoors.
