Carefree booking -
our cancellation conditions

General cancellation conditions and fees:

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Within the free cancellation period, we retain a processing fee of € 50 per booking.
  • Up to 1 week: 70% of the agreed price
  • From 1 week before arrival and in case of early departure: 90% of the agreed price
    In addition, the Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply.

Non-refundable rates

Please note that a stay booked at a “non-refundable” rate cannot be cancelled free of charge and the full amount is payable at the time of booking. In addition, the Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply.

Check in & out

Check in: On the day of arrival, you can check into your room from 2.00 pm.

Check out: On the day of your departure, your room will be at your disposal until 11.00 a.m.

By car
From Germany: via motorway Munich-Salzburg, exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass to Achenkirch (here you do not need a motorway vignette).

From Austria: via the Inntal motorway, exit Achensee. On the Achensee federal road along the Achensee to Achenkirch.

By train / by plane
From Munich or Innsbruck airport take the train to Jenbach. From there take the bus or a taxi to Achenkirch.
