Carefree booking -
our cancellation conditions

With our adapted cancellation conditions you can plan your holiday carefree.

The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings:

• Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
• Up to 1 week: 70% of the agreed price
• From 1 week before arrival and in case of early departure: 90% of the agreed price. In addition, the Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply.

Travel Cancellation
Insurance

If something does come up, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover any cancellation costs. www.europaeische.at

Check in & out

Check in: On the day of arrival, you can check into your room from 2.00 pm.

Check out: On the day of your departure, your room will be at your disposal until 11.00 a.m.

Late check out – on request
until 1.00 pm Euro 50,- per room
until 5.00 pm incl. use of the spa area Euro 120,- per room

Arrival

By car
From Germany: via motorway Munich-Salzburg, exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass to Achenkirch (here you do not need a motorway vignette).

From Austria: via the Inntal motorway, exit Achensee. On the Achensee federal road along the Achensee to Achenkirch.

By train / by plane
From Munich or Innsbruck airport take the train to Jenbach. From there take the bus or a taxi to Achenkirch.
